Personnel Coaching Services

In-Person Implementation Support

  • Support in integrating foundational classroom practices and ARIS® into the classroom.
  • Includes personalized assistance with ARIS program setup plus focus on a targeted area, such as lesson placement and planning, lesson delivery, or data collection.

Embedded Coaching Services

  • Series of in-person classroom consultation and coaching sessions to introduce and enhance foundational classroom practices and ARIS® implementation.
  • Begins with an individualized needs assessment (incl. teacher interview and structured classroom observation on foundational classroom practices) to develop an action plan.
  • Ongoing scheduled individual and group remote check-in sessions
  • Includes a summary report with educators' implementation outcomes and recommended next steps.  

Internal Capacity Building Services

Train-the-Trainer Model

  • Customized model of support to build internal capacity to support the long-term implementation of the ARIS curriculum.
  • Begins with a need assessment (incl. initial classroom visits and trainer interviews).
  • Includes in-person on-site development visits, remote consultation sessions, and experiential learning opportunities to build, enhance, and empower trainers leading to more successful peer training and ARIS® implementation.

Comprehensive Needs Assessment

  • Provides a panoramic view of a school or district’s special education classroom programs, highlighting strengths, challenges, and areas of opportunity 
  • Includes a review of publicly accessible data, structured Onsite Classroom Observations, and Semi-Structured Interviews.
  • Measurement tools are framed around the STAGES® 5P Framework, focusing on Place, People, Practices, Procedures, and Products.

Customized Professional Development Workshops

Customized Professional Development (Half-Day Virtual PD Session)

  • 3-hour Virtual PD Zoom Session for up to 30 participants on a selected topic.
  • Potential topics include Foundational Classroom Practices, Supporting the Needs of Students with Autism, and more.

ARIS 101: Implementation Basics (Half-Day Virtual PD Session)

  • A 3-hour Virtual PD Zoom Session for up to 30 participants
  • An overview of ARIS and its components
  • Day 1 essentials for educators and tools for ongoing implementation

ARIS Implementation Deep Dive Workshop (6-Hour In-Person Session)

  • 6-hour In-Person Session for up to 30 participants
  • In-depth exploration of ARIS and its components
  • Collaborative discussion and interactive activities for hands-on learning

ARIS Implementation Next Steps Workshop (Full Day In-Person Session)

  • Full Day In-Person Session for up to 30 participants
  • Designed for users who have already had the basic ARIS ½ day or full-day PD, are implementing ARIS, and are ready for the next steps.
  • Allows users to optimize their use of ARIS (incl. Individual and Class-wide Lesson Placement and Planning, Scheduling, Progress Monitoring, and IEP planning).
  • Collaborative discussion and interactive activities for hands-on learning
