Welcome Kansas KEEP families!  Stages is proud to partner with you and support your educational journey.  This landing page will walk you through how to purchase Stages' products with your KEEP funds.

We have created a special catalog just for you!  Check out the KEEP program catalog to find items that are approved for purchase by KEEP program awardees.  Make a list of the items that best fit your family's needs.

Send Stages the Products You Want

Email us (orders@stageslearning.com) the products you want and we will send you an invoice to submit to KEEP for approval.

 

Please include in your email:

  • Student award ID number
  • Parent/Guardian first and last name
  • Student first and last name
  • Items you wish to purchase (name and/or SKU number) and quantity of each

Reminder that the product total must not exceed $1000 to be approved.  Stages will email you back an invoice with all of the information you need to submit your claim.

 

Submit Invoice to Keep

When you are ready to submit the order request for approval, head to the KEEP app and click Login with Merit. (You can view the full instructional video on how to do this here).  Upload the invoice you have gotten from Stages.

 

Keep in mind that the order request will not be approved until a claim has been submitted, so we recommend that you submit a claim the same day you get the invoice back from Stages. Additional articles on this process may be found on the Kansas KEEP website here.
